Meet Juliann, She's a boss! One of our closest friends is now an executive chef at Aventura, a great new tapas restaurant in Ann Arbor. Jules helped craft this incredible menu, a must eat for anyone in AA, excellent cocktail menu with knowledgable staff too.
Stay tuned as we try and get Grant and Juliann together in the kitchen together ;)
This is Jules. She is one of the most awesome people I have ever encountered. She's also the head chef at Aventura and whipping up some seriously chronic bites. Checkout some of the favorite below.
The Bronzini: a 3-oz bronzini filet pan seared and served atop a green tomato rice made with local green zebra heirloom tomatoes and them topped with a summer salad of all #local organic cherry tomatoes, squash, corn, and scallions.
Patatas Bravas: Simply put, these are the dankest fries I've ever had in my life. These are a must order every time!
The Sirloin: Four ounces of coffee and cocoa rubbed top butt Sirloin Steak served atop Roelli Red Rock, Mashed Potatoes, and Grenadine Caramelized Cipollini Onions.
Huevo Y Gamba & Melon Y Jamón: Two decadant crustini offereings that are another must order on Aventura's diverse menu.
Revuelto De Huevos: Aventura now serves brunch too! Checkout this breakfast sandwhich made with scrambled eggs, house-marinated feta, sautéed spinach, green harissa aiòli, tomatoes, and grilled bread.
