Chicken: 2 Breasts Rosemary 2 Lemons Salt Pepper Garlic
Rub:
Dice garlic / rosemary / and mash together with some salt and add to a bowl with olive oil and juice of 1 lemon.
Cook on frying pan on one side about 5 mins then transfer all contents to baking sheet with leftover rub and rosemary and lemons.
Cherry Tomatoes:
Cook in small fry pan with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and fresh chopped parsley for 5 - 10 mins.
Orzo:
Boil orzo till aldente (its like pasta ...)
In frying pan cook up some fresh cut scallions, thyme leaves in olive oil for a bit (do not burn it) then add back in to your pan did now boiled orzo and chicken floor.
Asparagus:
Season with salt / pepper and throw in the oven did.
